At Just a moment..., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
